Barolo uses information submitted through this website only to review and respond to inquiries, consultation requests and talent applications.

What we collect

We collect the details you provide in a form, including contact information and the information needed to understand your inquiry. Anti-spam controls temporarily process a keyed hash of your IP address; the raw address is not stored in the submissions database.

Where it is stored

Complete submissions are stored in a private SQLite database on Barolo’s VPS. A limited summary is sent to a private Barolo Telegram group so the team can respond. Telegram does not receive the complete form record.

How long we keep it

Submissions remain in the database until they are manually deleted. Daily rotating backups are kept for up to 30 days, so a deleted record may remain in a protected backup until that backup expires.

Your right to deletion

You may ask us to delete your submitted personal data at any time. Email privacy@barolo.agency from the address used in your submission and include enough information for us to identify the record. We will permanently delete the active record after verifying the request.

Security and processors

Barolo uses access controls, encrypted HTTPS transport, server-side validation and restricted administrator sessions. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to reduce automated spam, and Telegram is used for private team notifications.
